Foundation Scholarships
Identified as an on-going goal for the Foundation, each year the Foundation desires to present at least four individuals with a scholarship. Scholarship amount varies with the merits of the application and funds available from the endowments. The four scholarships to be awarded are:
Jonathan Witt Scholarship: Applicants must be accepted into, currently enrolled in, or planning to pursue a health care professional curriculum. Sadie Stalcup Scholarship: Applicants must be accepted into, currently enrolled in, or planning to pursue a health care professional curriculum. Verda Lane Nursing Scholarship: Applicant must be admitted to a nursing program, either RN or LPN. The scholarship will not fund pre-nursing students. Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or better. Application deadline is April 1st. Click Here to View/Print Application!
